Attorney
Rikki Lyn Herbert was raised in Brighton, Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. While at Martin, Ms. Herbert was a member of the McWherter Institute, Student Government Association, and the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature. Upon graduation, Ms. Herbert moved to Nashville where she pursued her legal education and earned her Juris Doctorate from Belmont College of Law.
During her time at Belmont, Ms. Herbert was a member of her school's Board of Advocates. She also served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Belmont Criminal Law Journal and published a paper on mitigating conservatorship abuse in Tennessee. She externed with West Tennessee Legal Services - Tennessee Senior Law Alliance and Bass, Berry, and Sims Pro Bono Division.
Ms. Herbert is a dedicated advocate who is committed to helping her clients and constantly expanding on her knowledge of law. Ms. Herbert lives in Tipton County with her husband and son. She values community involvement and is proud to serve the community that raised her.

Shelby Lynn Combs earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphries School of Law. Ms. Combs' well-rounded education has strong ties to West Tennessee and Tipton County; she is a Munford High School graduate, and she earned her undergraduate degree in Agriculture with a concentration in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
During her time at Memphis Law, Ms. Combs externed with Memphis Area Legal Services in the Family and Child Parity Unit. Additionally, Ms. Combs worked as a student attorney from the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic. During her time at with the Medical-Legal Partnership, she worked closely with Memphis CHiLD to provid services to the children at LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
Growing up in Tipton County has given her special insight into the needs and expectations of out community. Ms. Combs' caring and understanding nature make her a natural when it comes to taking care of her clients. Her intelligence, compassion, and expertise in the law form a power combination.
Ms. Combs is a fierce competitor as well as an avid outdoorsman and accomplished shotgunner. Her competitive shotgun career has recorded multiple regional, state, and national championships.

Joseph B. Simmons, III is a proud defender of small-town values. Raised in Tipton County, Tennessee, Mr. Simmons understands the unique challenges and needs of the people in this area. With a deep respect for individual rights and a firm belief in justice, he is committed to providing strong, no-nonsense representation for his clients.
Mr. Simmons graduated from Munford High School where he was avid competitor for the Tipton County Clay Busters and he earned a triple A average class in American singles.
Mr. Simmons earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College of Law in 2022. During his. time at Mississippi College of Law, Mr. Simmons interned for the Tipton County Public Defender's office.
